February's taste of warm spring weather has us thinking about farm market season! Our produce vendors are busy making plans for the new year. Some already have tomato plants growing in their greenhouses! Here's a look at some important dates for the 2017 season: Meeting for prospective and returning vendors: April 27 Opening Day: May 27 Seville Yard Sale -- No Market: June 17 Zucchini Smackdown Cooking Contest: Aug. 12 Closing Day: Sept. 30 Holiday Market: Dec. 9 Interested in being a vendor at the Seville Farm Market? Snowstorm (maybe) Brainstorm (for sure) Potluck Dinner is Feb. 23 at Seville UMC

It's time once again for the Seville Farm Market's annual Snowstorm  Brainstorm Potluck Dinner. It'll take place 6 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 23 at  Seville United Methodist Church. Please bring your own table service and a  dish to share. Iced tea and coffee will be provided. It's always a nice evening with delicious food and time to reconnect with  market friends. It's also when we begin planning the upcoming season.  Please bring your ideas for ways to improve and promote the market. It  takes everyone's input and energy to make the Seville Farm Market a success. Hope to see you then. Please RSVP to sevilllefarmersmarket@gmail.com . Seville Farm Market
